We monitor all sites under our care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; both the security of your site and the technical elements that are in place on it. Whether it’s an inverter that goes down, or someone breaks in, our bespoke monitoring system will pick up on it and notify our team immediately.

Brighter Green Engineering believes you should know what we know, so we share all site data in real time with our clients via our online portal, allowing our customers to check on the issues each site may be experiencing together with being able to track the arrival of the site engineer and the steps he takes to remedy any breakdown.

Any incidents are also reported on a monthly basis as part of the detailed report, including the production of the site. Our response line is also open 24/7 and will take you directly to one of our engineers so that if the problem is urgent, it can be dealt with immediately.
